PPGI coil (Prepainted Galvanized Iron Coil) is a galvanized steel coil that is pre-coated with color paint on both sides. It is manufactured through a continuous coating process, where the base material is hot-dip galvanized steel (usually DX51D+Z or SGCC grade), followed by primer coating and top finish coating.
