    30CrMnSi alloy structural steel plate has high strength and toughness, high hardenability, medium cold deformation plasticity, and good cutting performance. It has a tendency to temper brittleness and poor transverse impact toughness. It has good welding performance, but when the thickness is greater than 3mm, it should be preheated to 150℃ and heat treated after welding. It is generally used after quenching and tempering.

The 30CrMnSi alloy steel features a precisely controlled chemical composition. The main alloying elements include carbon (0.27-0.34%), silicon (0.9-1.2%), manganese (0.8-1.1%), and chromium (0.8-1.1%). Secondary elements such as phosphorus, sulfur, nickel, copper, and molybdenum are carefully regulated at lower percentages to enhance overall performance and mechanical properties.
