Product Description

30CrMnSi alloy structural steel is high strength Quenched and tempered steel. It has high strength and toughness, high harden-ability, moderate plastic deformation and good processing. It has temper brittleness and transverse impact toughness. The weld-ability is better, but when the thickness is greater than 3mm, the 30CrMnSi steel should be preheated to 150 C and do heat treatment after welding, and be used after Quenching and tempering.

Application

30CrMnSi steel is used to manufacture all kinds of important parts of high load and high speed, such as gear, shaft, clutch, sprocket, wheel shaft, shaft sleeve, bolt, nut and so on. 30CrMnSi alloy structural steel is also used to make parts with wear-resistant, working temperature not high, the welded components of variable load, such as the blades of high pressure blower, valve plate, etc.
