Product Introduction
AISI 316 stainless steel sheetl is an austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature strength, and outstanding toughness. Due to the addition of molybdenum (2.0–3.0%), 316 stainless steel performs better than 304 stainless steel in harsh environments, especially against chloride corrosion.
- Non-magnetic in solution-annealed condition
- Heat resistance up to 1200–1300°C
- Superior work hardening and weldability
- Higher price but better durability compared with 304 stainless steel
316 stainless steel coil is widely used in chemical processing, marine applications, medical equipment, food processing, and aerospace industries, where enhanced corrosion resistance is essential.

Features
- ✅ Excellent resistance to corrosion and pitting (especially in chloride environments)
- ✅ Strong resistance to atmospheric and chemical corrosion
- ✅ High-temperature resistance up to 1200–1300°C
- ✅ Smooth surface, high strength, and easy to process
